Product description

MOTON GEAR GREASE 408 is a high quality semi-liquid grease based on high-refined high viscous basic-oils permitting a high load in combination with a wide temperature-area. The product contains in addition to corrosion-preventing and water-repellant components also microscopic solid lubricating particles. The solid particles can be considered as a mild and not toxic EP-additive.

Application area

On all places where a long-lasting and high quality lubrication with improved anti-fretting properties has to be guaranteed under most circumstances and (humid) environments, in open and closed systems. Especially applicable for chains, cables, gears etc. Guarantees a low starting torque even at low (-20°C) temperatures and can be applied up to +150°C. Therefore the ideal grease for: 

• the machine industry 
• off-shore 
• transport 
• agri-culture 
• earth moving machinery, etc. 
• suitable in central lubricating systems
