MOTON FOOD GREASE 420 is a very strong sticking transparent non-toxic food grease with a high amount of solid-particles. The additive-package prevents wear, corrosion and water-ingression, once water-ingression has taken place the properties do not change. The solid parts have an extremely low coefficient of friction and are completely inert. It reduces damage caused by metal to metal contact as a result of a broken lubrication film on your application . As a result, it reduces wear, pitting and stick-slip. FG-420 is H1 accepted for the food industry by the NSF under number 138002

Application area

On all places where a long-lasting and high quality lubrication with improved anti-fretting properties has to be guaranteed under most circumstances and (humid) environments, like: 

• bearings 
• toothed wheels 
• slide bearings 
• sliding contacts 
• chains 
• cables 
• suitable for the food industry

Suitable for automatic lubrication systems.

Application

Use and apply as a regular grease. Do not mix with sodium and bentonite greases
